Response time: we aim to reply to every message within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, Turkey time, excluding public holidays). Urgent safety reports, such as malware links or doxxing, are prioritised. Formal data protection requests are answered within the legal deadlines (30 days under the KVKK; one month under the GDPR).
Language: you can write to us in Turkish or English.
Tips for a faster answer
- Write from the email address linked to your PvPScout account, so we can find it without asking for more details.
- Include your username and, if relevant, a link to the server listing or review.
- For billing questions, include the date and amount of the charge. Never send us your full card number or password.
- For reports, add screenshots or links showing the problem.
Server owners: getting verified
Verification shows players that a listing is managed by the real team behind the server. To request it:
- Sign in and make sure your server listing is complete and accurate (name, game, links, opening date, description).
- Open your listing's management page and choose Request verification, or email destek@pvpscout.com from your account email with the subject "Verification request" and a link to your listing.
- Prove that you control the server. We may ask you to do one of the following:
- add a code we give you to your server's website or Discord server description;
- post the code from an official server account or announce it in your official Discord channel;
- send the request from an email address on the server's own domain.
- We check the listing against the Community Guidelines and the Advertising and Listing Policy, then let you know the result.
Standard verification requests are usually reviewed within a few business days. Pro subscribers get priority verification. Verification reflects checks made at a point in time; it is not an endorsement, and we may remove it if a listing later breaks the rules.
Rights holders
If you own the rights to a game, brand or content and believe something on PvPScout infringes them, please send a notice to abuse@pvpscout.com as described in our Copyright and Trademark Notice policy.
